Get Your Company Involved

Collective Calling is based entirely on voluntary contributions, so your help, in any way you can, is vital for us to continue supporting our beneficeries. There are many benefits for your company in return for supporting us and many for your staff as well. Please see below for more reasons and ways to get your company involved.

Defining the corporate identity

The charitable element of a company can be a cornerstone of its brand showing the world that they are ethical and trustworthy. It can also define a company as different from its competition, which not only aids the brand image but can be an important recruitment tool for attracting the top talent to your business.

Perhaps your company could make a straightforward charitable donation?

We understand the importance of transparency when it comes to showing donors exactly where their hard earned cash has gone, that is why we provide regular feedback to our donors in form of videos, photos and newsletters. Not only does this show the business owner exactly how far their charitable donation has gone, it also makes it easy to share with key audiences such as employees.

Generate Positivity Around Your Brand

Consumers appreciate and support socially conscious businesses because it causes them to become emotionally invested. In fact, customers are 85 percent more likely to buy a product that is associated with a charity.

Enhance employee relations

Many people want to volunteer or raise money, but can´t find time in their busy lives to do it. Participating in employer-sponsored activities gives employees the opportunity to raise money for charity where they don´t  feel like they are taking time away from their work or families to help others, or trying to squeeze yet another item into their jam-packed schedules.

Some companies have been known to give their employees matching bonuses, meaning, when the employee receives a bonus for exceeding his or her sales quota, a donation of the same amount goes to a charity of the employee’s choice. This gives workers an added incentive to achieve higher results for the company. Whether you own a company or you are the employee, this is a great idea to put forward!

Sponsorship Doubles as Marketing

Sponsoring a charity event is a great way to do some good while getting your name out in your community. By sponsoring a worthy charity, you’re presenting your company in a positive light by demonstrating to the members of your community that you care about them.

Perhaps your company could sponsor one of our events or provide a venue? Perhaps you could donate a raffle prize or help with advertising and/or printing costs? We have lots of ideas, so however you can help, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Team building

When raising money together, employees are able to partner across divisions and work in team environments outside of their direct work groups. People from different departments or offices, who wouldn´t see each other during a typical workday, can serve a meal, volunteer in an event or take part in a company run activity out of hours. This promotes a greater sense of camaraderie and unity among employees as they work towards a shared mission and common goal.

Perhaps you could hold a team-building exercise where employees can raise money for our beneficeries at the same time?

Payroll Giving

If you are an employee or a company owner please get in touch with us to set up a Payroll giving system. This allows employees to make regular donations to charity through their payroll, even if it’s only 50 cents or 1 euro per month, a company with plenty of employees, or many companies enrolled in the scheme, can make an enormous difference to vulnerable refugees who desperately need our help.
