El “Programa Futuros Inspiradores” (IFP) es un programa de nueve semanas que se ofrece de forma gratuita a todas las personas quienes buscan ampliar y encontrar propósitos y nuevas oportunidades en lsu vida.
The “Inspiring Futures Program” (IFP) is a 9-week program that is offered free of charge to those who are seeking to further improve their employment opportunities. The course was created to help INSPIRE, EQUIP, and TRANSFORM lives, with a core focus of helping to facilitate work placements.

• Confidence and self-esteem
• Communication
• Troubleshooting
• Motivation
• Coping with change
• Teamwork
• Planning and goal setting
• Presentation skills
During the 9-weeks, participants will be challenged to look at aspects of their life that are not working for them, and identifying their passion, drive and gifts that will help them to live a fulfilled life. SMART targets are set, communication skills are sharpened, and interview preparedness is built on.
