3 years ago, God directed us to some very precious souls in Tanzania and gave us a vision of creating a safe space that would help heal the wounds of a traumatic childhood.

Today, the “Centre of Hope” exists to help rescue, rehabilitate and reintegrate street children back into family. 18 children currently reside at the centre and we need people to stand with us and help get more children off of the street and back into family where they belong.

We need partners to help:

1. Construct safe, adequate family shelters for children to return back home to.

2. Provide more skilled social workers to help with the reunification process.

3. Pray for our mission in Tanzania

Collectively, we are making a difference

Pictured here is a father of 3, a family that we have been helping with food assistance for several months. During an interview with his wife for our “Inspiring Futures” Programme, we discovered the root cause of the family having no income was due to the fact that the father did not have the money to take a health & safety course, that was required by law, in order to continue with his construction work.

Understanding the root cause of poverty is key to finding long term solutions, and creating lasting change. Collective Calling have provided the money for the course, and he is now currently enrolled, with a job in construction waiting for him when he has completed the course. His wife is also looking forward to enrolling in our Inspiring Futures program so she can also improve her chances of employment.

Pictured in the middle of this photo is the Chaplain, Ayubu Pius, at the Centre of Hope – We would like to say a big ASANTE SANA! (Thank you so much!) to this man for his dedicated time and hours, love and commitment he has for these children. He has bought so much healing to their souls through the love of Jesus, he goes above and beyond the call of duty, he teaches them songs and loves to dance! The children all love him so much.

He has also just bought a baby girl in to the world so a big congratulations to him and his family also. We love you and thank you Ayubu for your hard work and dedication to these precious souls!
